Cancellation/Refund policy
- All cancellations before 31 days to the tour date are eligible for full refund
- (Unless any non refundable deposit made to any hotel which will be informed during the booking procedure and same will be deducted)
- Cancellation within 31 days will process refund according to respective hotel & Houseboat cancellation policy.
- Cancellation within 31 days will process full refund only on Road Transportation charges
- Any cancellation within or from 2 weeks to tour date will process no refund on any services
- 3.5% Card Payment or bank charges and 5 % GST will not be included in the refund amount
