The New International Terminal-Cochin Airport
See the exciting new model of upcoming CIAL Terminal T2, India's 3rd largest airport terminal facility. With more than 1.6 Million Sqft in size, the terminal is one of the largest in South India and will be the only one to have Pier facility. The structure will be designed in pure Kerala architecture, a model CIAL is famous for with inbuilt sky-lights system.
The new terminal is designed to handle world's largest carrier- A380 with 2 specialized gates for it and a parking space for more than 3000 vehicles.
The works have commenced and scheduled to complete by 2016 last quarter.
